WestSideJazz
A live jazz performance featuring WestSideJazz and guest musicians is scheduled for next Thursday (4 September).
It is taking place at the Boston Room of the George IV pub. The evening event will run from 7.30pm to 10.00pm, offering a programme of swing, blues, ballads, and Latin standards.
The set list includes well-known pieces such as The Best Is Yet to Come, Black Coffee, Detour Ahead, Bye Bye Blackbird, and Let’s Get Lost. The performance will take place in one of Chiswick’s established music venues, known for hosting regular jazz and acoustic sessions.
Aficionados say to watch out for Isabel Saunders “a simply outstanding vocalist, who is rapidly gaining a huge, very well deserved, reputation in the jazz world”. She has recently performed at the Bull's Head, Barnes and the Rose Theatre, Kingston.
WestSideJazz has performed in venues across West London, often collaborating with guest artists and focusing on classic arrangements. The group’s appearance at the George IV continues a tradition of live music programming at the venue, which has supported local and touring acts for over a decade.
Tickets are available via the venue’s website. The George IV is located at 185 Chiswick High Road, W4 2DR.
