Police were appealing for help in returning Safia Abdi to hospital
Police were appealing for the public's help to trace a missing woman from a mental health unit in Ealing.
Safia Abdi, 48, was on escorted leave from the Orchard Unit, St Bernard's Hospital, Ealing, on Monday, 8 August, when she made off from her carer in Ealing Broadway at the junction with Springbridge Road.
She has now been found and returned back to the unit.
